CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to both your stylist and other clients, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service total. No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in the loss of future booking privileges. We value your time and appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best experience for all clients.
